Ingredients

1/2 kilo of minced meat.
A large-sized piece of chopped onion.
One fruit of chopped green pepper.
1/2 kilo of pasta.
One kilogram of liquid yogurt.
3 medium-sized spoons of sifted flour.
2 tablespoons of fat.
2 tablespoons of oil.
A cube of broth (to taste).
1 teaspoon of black pepper.
1 teaspoon of salt.
Method of preparation

At first, we raise a pot on the fire with the right amount of water and wait until it boils.
During this period, we knead the minced meat by raising a bowl on the fire, then add the oil and when it warms up, add the chopped onion and green pepper and stir until it wilts, then after that, we drop the minced meat and stir until it changes color completely.
Add a simple pinch of black pepper and salt, then remove from heat.

In case the water boils, we put a simple pot of oil and a pinch of salt, then drop the pasta and leave it in the water to simmer, but not at full maturity.
Drain the pasta from the water using a colander.

Prepare the bechamel by putting a pot on the fire, then add the ghee when it is hot, add the flour, and stir until it turns yellow without burning.
Gradually drop the liquid milk and stir with a hand whisk until we avoid the appearance of lumps and when the consistency hardens, add the stock, black pepper, and a simple pinch of salt and then remove it from the heat.

In case of lumps in the bechamel, it is possible to beat it in a blender.
Put the amount of a cup of bechamel on the pasta and stir, then put half the amount of pasta on the bottom of a tray of oven trays, then minced meat and the rest of the amount of pasta.

Finally, add the rest of the bechamel, then put the tray in the oven for no more than 40 minutes.

The pasta is served hot.
