How to make a whole grilled chicken

A whole chicken weighing a kilo and a quarter is well washed.
One tablespoon of vinegar is large in volume.
Slices of onions.
A tablespoon of olive oil.
Half a spoonful of the spices formed from it is black pepper, paprika, a small pinch of nutmeg, and a pinch of cinnamon.
A large-sized salt spoon.
A spoonful of garlic is small in size.
Slices of lemon.
Two tablespoons of thyme.
Method of preparation:
Mix all the ingredients together.
Marinate the chicken inside and out and leave it in the refrigerator for the whole night.
We prepare a small bottle, cut its neck, put water in it, and prepare a tray to put it in.
